Centre Conference on Market Abuse Regulation – Back on the event

The European Centre for Financial Law organised a breakfast conference on 29 January 2020 on the issue of market abuse regulation.

We had the honour of receiving Maxime Galland, Director of the Legal and International Expertise Division of the AMF; Dominique Bompoint, Avocat à la Cour, and Lé Quang Tran Van, Director of Financial Affairs of the AFEP and member of European Issuers.
The discussions were moderated by Alain Pietrancosta, Professor of Law, member of LabEx ReFi and Scientific Director of the Centre.

The Centre Breakfast – Cryptomoney and the role of central banks

The European Centre for Financial Law is organising a breakfast conference on Wednesday 8 April 2020 on the theme: “Cryptomoney and central banks: risks, challenges and prospects”.

On this occasion, we will have the honour to receive :
– Mr Denis BEAU, First Deputy Governor of the Banque de France
– Mr Pierre PERSON, Rapporteur of the parliamentary information mission on virtual currencies
– Mr Bruno DEFFAINS, President of the Digital Pole of the Club des Juristes and Director of the Centre de Recherches en Economie et Droit (CRED).
